Hi, I’m Danika! I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, who loves capturing love in its most joyful and genuine moments. From quiet glances to bursts of laughter, I focus on candid storytelling photography that reflects the real emotions and connections behind each moment. My goal is to create images that let you look back and remember not just how it looked, but how it felt.

I’m a Christian, and my faith shapes the way I see the world and the way I work. I love celebrating love as a gift and capturing the beauty of the promises couples make to one another. I approach every wedding with a heart full of gratitude and a desire to serve each couple in the best way I can.

I primarily serve couples and families throughout Hampton Roads, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, and Suffolk. I’m also available for weddings, portraits, and special events throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and the Eastern Shore, with travel fees applied based on location.

Photography has always been my way of connecting with people. When I’m not behind the camera, I enjoy reading, watching movies, having tea, traveling, exploring new places with my camera, and dreaming about living abroad.
